Beka and Matt held their bash at Villa Amor in Sayulita. Beka’s family is from Mexico so there was a huge local contingent to help with everything from flower design to sourcing local tequila (the most important factor obviously). Besides being incredibley creative and a ton of fun to be around these two are head over heels in love which makes my job a breeze. I had a chance to hang out with them before their wedding when I was in LA for ramen and cocktails and that only made me more excited for their day.
Getting to know my clients on a more personal level is so important to me because that is how I get such intimate portraits and casual moments full of emotion. Beka had a great comment in their feature on Snippet & Ink: “If your budget allows, get the photographer of your dreams. Make sure you love their style and personality because they will help capture the moments that you will keep for the rest of your lives. We loved ours and are so grateful that she could seamlessly capture our personalities on camera and the beauty of day.” Check out more of the details from their wedding and words from both Beka and Matt here.
